Returns and Refunds
Refund: We hope you are delighted with your order. However if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in the originally condition and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Custom orders are non-refundable
Returns: A product can be returned if unused and within 30 days. If the product is faulty that is no problem you will be sent another product free of charge. We want our customers to feel valued and if you feel unhappy or have a problem with your purchase please get in contact at email@example.com
Broken mugs: Usually mugs arrived safe and sound but if you receive any mugs that are broken there is no need to return it just send us a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll either exchange or replace the product(s) for you. Free of charge
Cost of Returns
You are responsible for the postage and packing please keep a record of proof of postage if the item is not faulty
If the item is faulty a refund will be applied to your postage and a new product(s) will be sent out free of charge
Copyright is applied to Zoe as the Designer all designs are copyrighted as a creator.
We aim to send out parcels within 1-2 weeks but if you have a package missing please get in contact- email@example.com
Discount codes will have a specific expiry date on them.
Sometimes discount codes are ONLY for specific items whether thats for homeware or clothing.
Codes will not work if you are using it for the wrong item or if it's out of date.
Offers can sometimes only be for online use
